Join Ashanna & Adya for a transformational weekend of deep exploration of women's mysteries & power. Through Clarity Breathwork, Adya Yoga, meditation, sacred dance, ritual and movement we will restore balance, contact our essence, anchor into our power and move towards passionate liberation from suffering. Themes will revolve around healing our bodies & embracing our sexuality, stepping more fully into our power and setting boundaries, embodying Divine Feminine presence in our lives. |

 Adya Conte has embraced the path of healing through several different forms. For the past 8 years, blending various styles, she has been sharing a form of yoga that links movement to breath, brings awareness to alignment and subtle lines of energy, and invites one into the stillness and silence that lies beneath the surface. She has enriched this sharing through the study of a yoga based form of Ayurvedic massage, Reiki, and Art Therapy. In addition, she studied Yoga Therapy at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandarim in South India. |

 Ashanna Solaris has been involved in the healing arts for the past 20 years supporting the process of transformation, healing and creative expression in numerous groups and individuals. She is a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner & Trainer, Reiki Master, Teacher of the Awakening Your Light Body Training, Hypnotherapist and Intuitive Counselor. With studies from New York University and California Institute of Integral Studies, Ashanna has a passion for supporting others in their deepest embodiment of truth and creative healing expression. |
