| This Clarity Breathwork™ Training
is a wonderful opportunity to experience first hand the powerful &
nurturing energy of Mt. Shasta, a revered and Sacred
Mountain. We are offering this program for the fifteenth consecutive
year during May at the amazing portal of energy at Stewart Mineral
Springs. We will be experiencing Breathwork sessions and soaking in
the healing waters of the Springs, and enjoying the surrounding wilderness.
We have found that this time of year and this place is very effective
in accelerating the process of Clarity Breathwork™. Many have
taken the training primarily to deepen their own experience and growth,
without intending to become practitioners. |

| This is a weekend intensive where you have the opportunity to accelerate your own Breathwork process and also begin your training as a Clarity BreathworkTM Practitioner. Participants will experience two guided and supported Breathwork sessions. We will also experience moving energy through the vehicle of the breath, and learn some of the latest pre and peri-natal information and research. | |||||||||

| Go deeply into both the Art and Science of Breathwork; begin to develop your intuition as you begin to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to be a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner. We will also experience Water Breathwork sessions, in several environments. Learn about and experience the unraveling of old limitations, imprints and decisions in a safe, supportive space. This is a powerful opportunity to open more deeply to the joy that is our birthright.
